‘Knowledge, Intelligence and Wisdom’ is published under Contemporary Conversations. The objective of Contemporary Conversations is to serve as a platform for thinking and discussion on various aspects of our lives. We encourage lively, not always politically-correct but thought-provoking and helpful conversations.
Knowledge, Intelligence & Wisdom are concepts that are used interchangeably and yet they are different. Sometimes we get input and information from people that we believe have wisdom, whereas they are just regurgitating information because they are knowledgeable. We also sometimes believe and equate being knowledgeable as meaning that a person is intelligent and we get bitterly disappointed when we discover otherwise. I have been motivated to write about these concepts so we can have a better understanding of what they entail.
