Happiness and Contentment

The recent upheavals that have been brought by tough economic challenges and the outbreak of the COVID 19 Pandemic, have had a huge impact in people’s lives all over the world. These challenges have also given me an opportunity to examine things that we feel are important and give us happiness. I also engaged a group of about 40 colleagues and friends of mine on what they are pursuing in life especially in the context of the upheavals already mentioned. The input I got from this group gave me a perspective on Happiness and Contentment and made me believe that writing this book will help in bringing these two concepts to a conscious level while at the same time providing light and evaluation on how we are living our lives.
