The love and relationships book has been inspired my observations, personal experiences and interactions with people in love relationships, for the past five decades. What also inspired me is the desire to remove unchecked idealism in how people approach love relationships. It is my hope that the book can contribute to people being aware and conscious of what they can realistically expect from love relationships. It is also my hope that this awareness and being conscious can lead to sustainable relationships while at the same contributing to mental wellness and eradication of abuse and violence in relationships.
