It is the last part that also resulted in me starting a company that is called Contemporary Conversations where through writing of books, filming of documentaries and podcasts I traverse various challenges that bedevil organisations and society in general. Through this platform I conduct and facilitate conversations that are robust, realistic, engaging, not so politically correct but are meant to contribute to people’s psychological and mental wellness both in organisations and in society.
These conversations are part of a drive, desire and a need to deal with unchecked idealism and pie in the sky rhetorics that are brain washing contemporary society leading to a flood of social ills and challenges that we are facing. To date, I have written 12 books on various topics and also have a string of documentaries and podcasts some on this website and others on YouTube. I am a father of 4 wonderful boys.
“What drives me in writing books is the passion that I have for “social wellness” i.e in individuals, relationships, families, communities and broader society. It is through my writing that I hope to positively impact the society.”
